Block Street Hot Club

The Block Street Hot Club with Miles Bowlin ( bass), Ryan Ashworth( guitar), Baron Lyle ( guitar) Felipe Todescan Antonio ( violin) will perform in Basin Spring Park on Friday, September 15th at 3pm. Their music is on the leading edge of the "Gypsy Jazz " music scene. This music often said to have been started by guitarist Jean "Django" Reinhardt in the 1930s.Django was foremost among a group of Romani guitarists working in and around Paris in the 1930s through the 1950s.
